To use simple remove the child proof cap from your bottle, and screw on the popper topper, when 1st used you need to be quite careful not to cross thread it when you put it on, so make sure you keep it level, and do not over tighten on the bottle as that can lead to cracking the screw base (although they are quite robust). And to remove just unscrew and replace the child proof cap before storing your bottle.
It is a good idea to give the inhaler a wash in warm soapy water after use and before storing away, also it is advised make sure it is fully dry before storing.
